Terms & Conditions for Providers

These Provider Terms govern the use of the Go-Yeah Studio, provider functions, provider profiles, booking, payment, voucher, marketing and platform services by providers.

The platform is operated by:

Go-World OG i.G. is referred to below as “Go-Yeah”, “we”, “us” or the “platform operator”.

1. Scope

These Provider Terms apply to all providers, companies, sole proprietors, associations, organizations, municipalities, partners, creators and other persons or legal entities that use provider profiles, the Go-Yeah Studio, portal presences, booking functions, payment functions, voucher solutions, marketing functions, SaaS packages or other provider services via Go-Yeah.

These Provider Terms apply in particular to:

• the creation and display of provider profiles
• the use of the Go-Yeah Studio
• provider accounts
• SaaS packages and paid add-on services
• contact and booking inquiries
• direct bookings
• online payments
• vouchers
• commissions
• content, marketing and visibility services
• AI-supported content
• reviews
• provider obligations, liability and indemnification

Separate Terms of Use for the Go-Yeah Portal apply to consumers and other users.

Any deviating terms and conditions of providers apply only if Go-Yeah expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Role of Go-Yeah

Go-Yeah operates a digital platform for regional leisure, experience and activity offers. Go-Yeah provides providers in particular with technical platform functions, visibility, provider profiles, SaaS functions, marketing and content functions, inquiry, booking, payment and voucher solutions.

Depending on the function, Go-Yeah may act in particular as:

• platform operator
• SaaS provider
• technical service provider
• intermediary
• marketing service provider
• payment processing platform
• voucher platform
• provider of its own services, where expressly stated

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Go-Yeah is not the organizer, travel organizer, supplier or contractual partner of the leisure, experience or activity services offered by providers.

The contract for the respective provider service is generally concluded directly between the provider and the consumer. Go-Yeah provides the technical platform, intermediary, communication, booking, payment and visibility infrastructure for this purpose.

3. Providers

Providers may in particular be companies, sole proprietors, associations, municipalities, organizations, creators or other providers of regional leisure, experience and activity offers.

Providers must be legally entitled to provide the services they offer. They are solely responsible for having all required authorizations, trade licenses, official permits, qualifications, insurance policies, safety concepts and other requirements.

Go-Yeah is entitled, at its own discretion, to reject providers, activate them only with restrictions, review them, suspend them or remove them, in particular if there are doubts regarding the legality, seriousness, safety, quality or platform suitability of the offer.

There is no entitlement to admission, activation, permanent display or a specific placement on the platform.

4. Registration and Provider Account

Providers may register themselves via the website, be invited by Go-Yeah, claim a pre-created profile or be manually activated by Go-Yeah.

When registering and using the Go-Yeah Studio, all required information must be complete, accurate and up to date. This may include in particular:

• company name
• legal form
• contact person
• address
• email address
• telephone number
• website
• VAT identification number
• company register number
• trade license
• bank details
• payment details
• offer data
• images and logos
• prices
• availability
• provider terms
• cancellation conditions
• safety and participation information

Providers are obliged to keep login details confidential and protect them against access by third parties. Actions carried out through the provider account are deemed to be actions of the respective provider to the extent the provider is responsible for them.

Go-Yeah may suspend or delete provider accounts if these Provider Terms, legal provisions, third-party rights, safety requirements or legitimate interests of Go-Yeah, users or other providers are violated.

5. Reverse Onboarding and Pre-Created Provider Profiles

Go-Yeah may pre-create, structure and display provider profiles on the platform based on publicly available information.

For this purpose, publicly available information may in particular be used from the following sources:

• provider websites
• social media profiles
• Google Business Profiles
• tourism portals
• booking platforms
• publicly available images or image databases
• other publicly available sources of information

The following information may in particular be processed and displayed:

• company name
• name of contact persons or sole proprietors, where publicly visible
• address
• email address
• telephone number
• website
• opening hours
• descriptive texts
• prices
• images or placeholder images
• social media links
• categories
• location data
• offer information

Third-party descriptive texts may be summarized in substance, reformulated, structured, translated or adapted for platform presentation.

Providers may request the claiming, correction, supplementation or deletion of a profile at any time. Corresponding requests may be sent to office@go-yeah.com.

Go-Yeah will review and process justified correction or deletion requests within a reasonable period of time.

After a profile has been claimed, the respective provider is responsible for the accuracy, currency, completeness and legality of the profile and the content displayed therein.

6. Provider Content

Providers may provide, enter, upload or approve content via the Go-Yeah Studio or as part of the collaboration. This may include in particular:

• texts
• images
• videos
• logos
• prices
• dates
• availability
• vouchers
• provider terms
• cancellation conditions
• safety information
• participation requirements
• offer descriptions
• other content

Providers warrant that all content provided is accurate, up to date, complete and lawful and does not infringe any third-party rights.

Providers may in particular not provide content that:

• violates legal provisions
• infringes third-party rights
• is misleading or false
• is discriminatory, insulting or unlawful
• contains unauthorized advertising
• violates youth protection, consumer protection or safety regulations
• may damage the reputation of Go-Yeah or the platform

Go-Yeah is entitled to review, edit, reject, block, remove or restrict the visibility of provider content if a violation of these Provider Terms, legal provisions, third-party rights or platform standards is suspected.

7. Rights of Use to Provider Content

Providers grant Go-Yeah a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable and sublicensable right to use all content provided or approved by them, limited in time to the duration of the collaboration and any required subsequent period, insofar as this is necessary for the operation, promotion, presentation, technical processing and further development of the platform.

This right of use includes in particular:

• display on the platform
• display in provider profiles and offer pages
• technical storage and processing
• reproduction
• making available to the public
• editing, shortening and formatting
• translation
• SEO optimization
• use in newsletters
• use on social media
• use in ads and advertising campaigns
• use via partner channels
• AI-supported optimization and structuring
• use for platform communication and marketing materials

Providers warrant that they are entitled to grant these rights and that the use of the content by Go-Yeah does not infringe any third-party rights.

Go-Yeah is not obliged to use, publish or permanently make available any provider content.

8. AI-Supported Content

Go-Yeah may use AI tools to support text generation, translation, categorization, SEO optimization, provider descriptions, data structuring, marketing, support and other platform functions.

Providers agree that provider content, offer data and publicly available information may be processed, structured, summarized, optimized or translated for these purposes, to the extent legally permissible.

Providers are obliged to carefully review AI-generated or AI-supported content before publication, approval or claiming. This applies in particular to offer descriptions, prices, service information, participation requirements, safety information, brand references, certifications, health or performance claims and other provider-side information.

Providers must ensure that AI-generated or AI-supported content is accurate, up to date, complete, lawful, not misleading and compatible with all applicable disclosure, transparency, trademark, copyright, data protection and consumer protection obligations.

AI-generated or AI-edited content must be clearly and appropriately labelled if a statutory labelling obligation exists, if the content appears realistic and users could be misled about its artificial generation or editing, or if Go-Yeah requires labelling.

This applies in particular to realistic AI images, AI-generated or AI-edited videos, synthetic voices, avatars, deepfakes, realistic depictions of persons, places, providers, brands, events or other content that users could understand as fully real or unmodified.

Providers may not use AI to simulate identities, certifications, brand relationships, official partnerships, participants, testimonials, reviews, performance records, safety standards or other facts.

Go-Yeah is entitled to review, withhold, label, edit, remove or reject publication of AI-generated or AI-supported content if this is legally required or appears appropriate to avoid misleading users, legal violations or reputational risks.

Publication or approval by Go-Yeah does not constitute legal confirmation that the respective AI use is permissible, sufficiently labelled or free from third-party rights.

After approval or claiming by providers, providers are responsible for the accuracy, currency, legality, transparency and completeness of the content.

9. Go-Yeah Studio Services

Depending on the package and technical availability, Go-Yeah Studio may include in particular the following services:

• provider profile
• portal presence
• website or landing page functions
• content creation
• SEO functions
• social media support
• marketing co-pilot
• sales co-pilot
• contact inquiries
• booking inquiries
• direct bookings
• voucher sales
• payment processing
• analytics and performance data
• other digital functions

The specific scope of services results from the selected package, individual agreements, service descriptions, offers or the information displayed on the website.

Go-Yeah is entitled to further develop, change, replace, expand or restrict functions, provided this is reasonable for providers.

10. Availability, Maintenance and Support

Go-Yeah endeavors to ensure stable and secure operation of the platform. However, uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times is not guaranteed unless an express service level agreement exists.

Maintenance work, security measures, technical disruptions, updates, infrastructure changes, force majeure or other circumstances may lead to temporary restrictions.

Support is provided, where offered, in particular by email or via the communication channels provided on the platform.

Response times or specific service levels apply only if expressly agreed.

11. Packages, Prices and Paid Services

Go-Yeah may offer free and paid provider packages. According to the current package logic, the following packages may in particular exist:

• Free
• Starter
• Run
• Scale
• individual packages
• add-on modules

The specific scope of services, current prices, discounts, add-on modules, payment intervals and special conditions are determined by the current price list, the selected package, the offer, the website, the Go-Yeah Studio or an individual agreement.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are net prices plus statutory VAT.

Go-Yeah is entitled to change prices with reasonable prior notice. Price changes for ongoing contractual relationships will be communicated to providers in good time. If a provider objects to a material price change, Go-Yeah may be entitled to terminate the contractual relationship at the next possible date.

12. Trial Periods and Special Offers

Go-Yeah may offer free trial periods, introductory offers, founder offers or special conditions.

A trial period may in particular be provided for the period specified in the respective offer or package.

After expiry of a trial period, the contractual relationship may convert into a paid package if this has been expressly agreed and providers have been informed accordingly.

Special offers, discounts and founder conditions apply only for the period and scope specified.

13. Term and Termination

The contract term is determined by the selected package or the individual agreement.

Depending on the package, monthly termination, a minimum term or a package-dependent term may be provided.

Unless otherwise agreed, a paid provider package may be terminated with one month’s notice to the end of the respective contract period.

Termination may take place, where available, in the account or by email to office@go-yeah.com.

Go-Yeah is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship for good cause with immediate effect. Good cause exists in particular in the event of:

• payment default
• unlawful content
• infringement of third-party rights
• misuse of the platform
• safety risks
• false information
• reputational risks for Go-Yeah
• serious or repeated violations of these Provider Terms

14. Consequences of Termination

After termination of a paid package, the visibility and functionality of the provider profile may be restricted.

In particular, Go-Yeah may:

• deactivate paid functions
• deactivate booking or payment functions
• terminate marketing functions
• archive content
• reduce the profile to a free basic profile
• take the profile offline
• retain content for evidence or documentation purposes
• delete or anonymize data in accordance with the Privacy Policy

Where provider content remains visible on the platform after termination, in particular as part of a Free profile, the rights of use granted continue to apply to the extent required for this purpose.

Providers may request deletion or restriction of their content, unless statutory obligations, legitimate interests or contractual reasons conflict with this.

15. Bookings and Contract with Consumers

Where bookings are available via Go-Yeah, the contract for the respective leisure, experience or activity service is generally concluded directly between the provider and the consumer.

Providers are solely responsible for:

• proper performance of the booked service
• accuracy of the offer description
• dates and availability
• prices
• participation requirements
• safety information
• age restrictions
• health and suitability requirements
• statutory information obligations
• consumer rights
• cancellation and withdrawal conditions
• invoicing, where this is the provider’s responsibility
• tax treatment of provider revenue

Go-Yeah provides the technical booking, intermediary, communication and, where applicable, payment infrastructure.

Providers undertake to process bookings and inquiries promptly, carefully and professionally.

16. Commissions

Go-Yeah may charge commissions, platform fees or other transaction-based fees for mediated bookings, vouchers, packages, memberships or other sales.

The specific amount of commissions, platform fees or other fees is determined by the current price list, the selected package, the offer, the Go-Yeah Studio or an individual agreement.

Commissions and other fees may be automatically retained, offset or invoiced subsequently.

Providers accept that Go-Yeah is entitled to offset commissions, platform fees, payment fees, chargebacks, cancellations or other outstanding amounts against payouts to providers, to the extent legally permissible.

17. Payment Processing and Payouts

Payments may be processed via Go-Yeah, payment service providers or other technical payment processing solutions. In particular, Stripe may be used.

Depending on the setup, payments may be processed in the name of Go-Yeah, in the name of the provider or via technical split payment or platform solutions.

Payouts to providers are made in accordance with technical availability, the terms of the payment service providers, the respective package and the agreed billing logic.

Payouts may in particular be made:

• after booking
• after performance of the experience
• monthly
• after expiry of cancellation, withdrawal or chargeback periods
• after deduction of commissions and fees

Payment fees may, depending on the agreement, be borne by Go-Yeah, providers or consumers, or be included in prices.

Chargeback fees, chargebacks, fraud cases or repayment claims may be passed on to providers to the extent they result from the provider service, incorrect information, non-performance, cancellations or other circumstances attributable to the provider.

18. Invoices and Taxes

Providers are solely responsible for the tax treatment of their revenue.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, providers are responsible for proper invoicing to consumers.

Go-Yeah may provide technical systems through which invoices are created, transmitted or made available in the name of the provider.

Providers are obliged to provide all information required for invoicing, VAT, fees, charges and other tax obligations accurately and keep it up to date.

Go-Yeah is not liable for providers’ tax obligations unless Go-Yeah expressly acts as tax debtor, seller or invoice issuer.

19. Vouchers

Where providers offer vouchers via Go-Yeah, providers are generally responsible for redemption, performance of the service and fulfillment of voucher obligations, unless Go-Yeah expressly acts as issuer of the voucher.

Vouchers may in particular be provider vouchers, experience vouchers, value vouchers, promotional vouchers or discount codes.

Providers must ensure that voucher conditions are clear, lawful and complete. This includes in particular:

• issuer of the voucher
• redeemable services
• validity
• transferability
• restrictions
• cancellation rules
• tax treatment
• procedure in the event of provider closure or impossibility of performance

Go-Yeah may provide technical voucher solutions and display, sell, manage or bill vouchers, where agreed.

20. Cancellation, Withdrawal, No-Show and Provider Cancellation

Providers generally define their own cancellation and withdrawal conditions, unless Go-Yeah specifies binding standard conditions.

Providers are obliged to display cancellation, withdrawal and no-show rules clearly, transparently and lawfully.

In the event of cancellation by providers, providers are generally responsible for:

• timely information of affected consumers
• alternative date
• refund
• voucher solution
• other statutory or contractual processing owed

For weather-dependent offers, illness, safety risks, force majeure or other exceptional circumstances, providers must provide clear and fair rules.

Providers are obliged to comply with mandatory consumer rights.

21. Withdrawal and Consumer Rights

Providers are solely responsible for informing consumers about statutory withdrawal and cancellation rights to the extent these apply to their offers.

For certain leisure services with a specific date or period, a statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded if the statutory requirements are met.

Providers must ensure that any exclusion or restriction of consumer rights takes place only where legally permissible and is communicated transparently.

Go-Yeah may provide technical notices or standard information, but assumes no responsibility that these are complete or suitable for each specific provider offer.

22. Safety, Permits and Insurance

Providers are solely responsible for safety, performance, permits, qualifications, insurance and legal requirements relating to their offers.

Providers must in particular ensure that:

• required trade licenses exist
• official permits exist
• qualified personnel are used
• safety standards are complied with
• participants are properly instructed
• age, health and participation requirements are correctly stated
• required insurance policies exist
• risks are communicated appropriately
• legal requirements are complied with

Go-Yeah is not obliged to systematically check permits, qualifications or insurance certificates. However, Go-Yeah may request evidence, in particular for high-risk categories or in case of specific indications.

23. High-Risk Offers

Higher requirements apply to high-risk offers. These may include in particular offers in the following areas:

• action
• motorsport
• outdoor
• flying or falling
• water
• wellness or health
• animals
• alcohol or culinary experiences
• other safety-relevant activities

Go-Yeah may request additional information, evidence, insurance, safety concepts or approvals for such offers.

Go-Yeah may reject, restrict or remove high-risk offers if safety, legal or reputational concerns exist.

24. Reviews

Where review functions are available, users may review providers and offers.

Go-Yeah may review, moderate, remove or restrict reviews, in particular in case of suspected:

• legal violations
• insults
• discriminatory content
• fake reviews
• manipulation
• spam
• violations of platform rules

There is no entitlement to removal of negative reviews if the review is lawful and permissible.

Providers may not manipulate, purchase, force or influence reviews through impermissible benefits.

25. Creators, Partners and Regions

Go-Yeah may cooperate with creators, influencers, regions, tourism organizations, municipalities, partner companies or other partners.

Such collaborations may in particular include visibility, content creation, partner pages, campaigns, recommendations, social media content, affiliate models or commission models.

Where special conditions apply, these will be agreed separately.

Providers agree that their publicly displayed content may be used in the context of platform communication, partner communication or marketing measures, to the extent covered by the rights of use granted.

26. Creator Inquiries via the Go-Yeah Studio

Providers may, where this function is available, contact creators, influencers or other content partners via the Go-Yeah Studio and submit inquiries for collaborations.

Go-Yeah merely provides a technical contact, inquiry or intermediary function for this purpose. Go-Yeah is not a contractual party to any cooperation between providers and creators, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The conclusion, content structure, remuneration, payment processing, performance, rights of use, disclosure obligations, tax treatment and other handling of a cooperation must be clarified exclusively between the respective provider and the respective creator.

Go-Yeah assumes no liability for whether a cooperation is concluded, properly performed, economically successful or achieves specific reach, content, results or publications.

Providers and creators are each responsible for ensuring that their collaborations are lawful and that, in particular, advertising, media, copyright, trademark, data protection, tax and consumer protection requirements are complied with.

27. Trademarks, Protected Terms and Brand Watchlist

Providers are solely responsible for ensuring that content, offer names, categories, descriptions, images, logos, training names, event names, keywords and other information provided by them do not infringe trademarks, signs, copyrights or other third-party rights.

Trademark-protected terms, names, logos or designations may be used only if the respective provider is entitled to do so or if the use is legally permissible. This applies in particular to protected brands, event names, training systems, license programs, certifications, event formats or other protected signs.

Terms such as CrossFit®, HYROX®, Spartan Race® or comparable brands may not be used without appropriate authorization in a way that creates the impression that Go-Yeah or the respective provider is officially certified, licensed, authorized, affiliated, endorsed, supported by or a partner of the respective brand.

Providers may in particular not use protected brand terms without authorization as:

• offer category
• filter
• SEO page
• offer label
• title of an offer
• part of a URL
• advertising claim
• logo or image component
• reference to official certification, licensing or partnership

Go-Yeah may maintain an internal brand watchlist or trademark blacklist. Terms on this watchlist may be automatically or manually reviewed, blocked, restricted or released only after proof of appropriate authorization.

Particularly review-sensitive terms and statements include, in particular:

• official
• certified
• licensed
• affiliated
• affiliate
• partner
• academy
• performance center
• powered by
• original
• by [brand]
• official training
• official partner
• licensed provider
• certified coach

Providers are obliged to inform Go-Yeah without delay and, upon request, provide evidence if they are authorized to use a protected brand term, certification, license, partnership or other brand relationship.

Go-Yeah is entitled to review, withhold, amend, deactivate or delete offers, texts, categories, keywords, SEO content, images or other content if there is a suspicion that trademark rights or other third-party rights are being infringed or that a misleading impression regarding a connection to a brand may arise.

Approval or publication by Go-Yeah does not constitute a legal review or confirmation that the use of a brand term is permissible. Responsibility for the lawful use of trademarks, signs and protected terms remains with the respective provider.

Providers indemnify Go-Yeah against all claims, damages, costs and expenses arising from unauthorized or unlawful use of trademarks, signs, logos, protected terms, certifications or other third-party rights by providers.

28. Provider Obligations

Providers undertake in particular to:

• keep all information accurate and up to date
• publish only lawful offers
• hold all required rights to content
• not infringe third-party rights
• keep prices and availability up to date
• process bookings and inquiries promptly
• properly inform consumers
• perform booked services in accordance with the contract
• comply with cancellation and withdrawal rules
• observe consumer rights
• hold required permits and insurance
• correctly state safety and participation requirements
• not misuse the platform
• not circumvent Go-Yeah fees or commissions
• not solicit users outside the platform in a way that circumvents agreed platform fees
• inform Go-Yeah without delay of material changes

29. Prohibited Offers and Content

Go-Yeah may exclude certain offers and content. In particular, offers or content are not permitted if they:

• are unlawful
• infringe third-party rights
• violate youth protection laws
• concern dangerous or impermissible services
• concern gambling
• concern erotic or sexual services
• contain impermissible medical or therapeutic promises
• concern impermissible financial services
• promote political extremism
• are discriminatory, insulting or misleading
• may damage the reputation of Go-Yeah
• create safety or reputational risks

Go-Yeah may reject, remove or restrict offers at its own discretion if justified reasons exist.

30. Liability of Providers

Providers are liable to consumers, Go-Yeah and third parties for all damages, claims, costs and disadvantages arising from their offers, content, information, breaches of duty or the performance of their services, to the extent they are responsible for them.

This applies in particular to:

• false or incomplete information
• incorrect prices or availability
• missing permits
• missing insurance
• safety defects
• injuries or damage during provider services
• non-performance or defective performance
• violations of consumer rights
• legal violations through content
• tax or duty violations
• data protection violations within the provider’s area of responsibility

31. Liability of Go-Yeah

Go-Yeah is liable only for its own breaches of duty.

Go-Yeah is generally not the provider, organizer or supplier of the provider services displayed via the platform. The respective provider is solely responsible for the performance, quality, safety, availability, legality and fulfillment of the respective provider service, unless Go-Yeah expressly acts as the provider itself.

Go-Yeah is not liable for damages, claims or disadvantages arising from the performance, non-performance, modification, cancellation, quality, safety or other provision of a provider service, unless these are attributable to Go-Yeah itself.

Go-Yeah is not liable for:

• provider content
• provider information
• provider services
• conduct of providers, users or third parties
• cancellations or provider cancellations
• accidents, injuries or damage during provider services
• external services
• payment service providers
• force majeure
• technical disruptions outside Go-Yeah’s sphere of influence

For damages caused by Go-Yeah itself, Go-Yeah is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is, to the extent legally permissible, limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit or purely financial losses is excluded to the extent legally permissible.

Liability of Go-Yeah for personal injury and for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence remains unaffected to the extent required by mandatory law.

32. Indemnification

Providers undertake to indemnify Go-Yeah against all claims, damages, costs and expenses asserted against Go-Yeah by third parties, users, authorities or other persons, to the extent such claims are attributable to provider content, provider services, breaches of duty, legal violations or other circumstances attributable to the provider.

The indemnification includes, in particular, reasonable legal defense costs.

Go-Yeah will inform providers of asserted claims and give them the opportunity to comment, to the extent legally and factually possible.

33. Data Protection

Providers are obliged to use personal data of users received via Go-Yeah exclusively for permissible purposes, in particular for processing inquiries, bookings, communication and performance of the provider service.

Use of such data for the provider’s own advertising, newsletters, profiling, disclosure to third parties or other purposes is permitted only if an appropriate legal basis exists.

Providers are solely responsible for compliance with data protection laws within their own area of responsibility.

34. Confidentiality

Providers undertake to treat confidential information of Go-Yeah, in particular technical, economic, strategic or non-public information, confidentially and not disclose it to third parties without Go-Yeah’s consent.

This obligation continues to apply after termination of the contractual relationship.

35. Changes to the Platform and Provider Terms

Go-Yeah is entitled to further develop or change the platform, functions, technical processes, packages, prices, commission models and these Provider Terms if this is required or appropriate for technical, economic, legal or organizational reasons.

Providers will be informed of material changes in a suitable form, for example by email, platform notice or notice in the provider account.

If a provider does not object to a material change within a reasonable period and continues to use the platform, the changes shall be deemed accepted to the extent legally permissible and provided that providers have been informed of this legal consequence.

36. Communication

Legally relevant declarations may be made by email unless a stricter form is mandatory.

Providers are obliged to keep their registered email address up to date and check it regularly.

Notices to Go-Yeah may be sent to office@go-yeah.com.

37. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

The place of jurisdiction for disputes with entrepreneurs is, to the extent legally permissible, Graz, Austria.

Should any provision of these Provider Terms be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

38. German Version Prevails

These Provider Terms may also be made available in English. The German version is the legally binding version. In the event of discrepancies between the German and English versions, the German version shall prevail.
