Where Go-Yeah itself directly commissions a creator, a separate creator cooperation agreement, an individual briefing, an offer or a separate agreement may additionally or primarily apply.
2. Role of Go-Yeah
Go-Yeah operates a digital platform for regional leisure, experience and activity offers and provides providers and creators with technical contact, inquiry, visibility, intermediary and communication functions.
In the relationship between providers and creators, Go-Yeah is generally only the platform operator, technical service provider and intermediary.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Go-Yeah is not the client, contractual partner, employer, agency, representative, payment processor or guarantor of a cooperation between a provider and a creator.
A contract for a creator cooperation is generally concluded directly between the respective provider and the respective creator.
Go-Yeah assumes no responsibility for whether a cooperation is concluded, paid for, properly performed or achieves specific reach, publications, content, results, bookings, leads or revenue.
3. Creators
Creators may be natural or legal persons who create content, build reach, operate social media channels, produce content or offer other cooperation services.
Creators are solely responsible for being legally, tax-wise, commercially and actually entitled to provide their services.

Go-Yeah is entitled, at its own discretion, to reject creators, activate them only with restrictions, review them, suspend them or remove them, in particular if there are doubts regarding seriousness, legality, quality, safety or platform suitability.
There is no entitlement to admission, activation, display, mediation or specific placement.
4. Registration and Creator Profile
A creator profile or account may be required for certain creator functions.
When registering and using the functions, all required information must be complete, accurate and up to date. This may include in particular:
name
stage name or creator name
email address
telephone number
country of residence or business
social media channels
reach information
topics
content examples

Creators are obliged to keep login details confidential and protect them against access by third parties.
Go-Yeah may review, edit, temporarily suspend, permanently delete or restrict the visibility of creator profiles if these Creator Terms, legal provisions, third-party rights or legitimate interests of Go-Yeah, providers or users are violated.
5. Cooperation Inquiries by Providers
Providers may, where this function is available, contact creators via the Go-Yeah Studio and submit inquiries for cooperations.
An inquiry via Go-Yeah is generally non-binding unless expressly agreed otherwise between the provider and the creator.
Creators decide themselves whether to accept, reject, respond to or negotiate an inquiry.
Go-Yeah merely provides a technical contact, inquiry or intermediary function for this purpose.
6. Contract Conclusion Between Provider and Creator
The contract for a cooperation is generally concluded directly between the provider and the creator.
Providers and creators are solely responsible for clarifying and agreeing on all essential points of the cooperation, in particular:
scope of services
briefing
type of content
publication platforms
publication date
approval process
remuneration
payment terms
rights of use
term of rights of use
exclusivity
advertising disclosure
AI disclosure, where required
cancellation or non-performance
liability
tax treatment
any reporting or evidence requirements
Go-Yeah is not obliged to review the content, fairness, legality or economic appropriateness of such agreements.
7. Remuneration and Payment
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, remuneration and payment take place directly between the provider and the creator.
Go-Yeah is generally not responsible for payment, billing, invoicing, tax treatment, reminders, enforcement or reversal of creator fees.
Creators are solely responsible for issuing proper invoices to providers where required by law.
If Go-Yeah provides payment functions, commission models, affiliate models or billing functions in individual cases, the respective displayed or separately agreed terms apply.
8. Creator Obligations
Creators undertake in particular to:
provide only accurate and up-to-date information
create and publish only lawful content
comply with briefings and agreements with providers
not infringe third-party rights
comply with advertising and disclosure obligations
comply with AI transparency and disclosure obligations, where applicable

not create content that unlawfully or inappropriately damages the reputation of Go-Yeah, providers or third parties
treat confidential information of providers and Go-Yeah confidentially
9. Advertising Disclosure and Transparency
Creators are solely responsible for complying with all statutory, regulatory, contractual and platform-related disclosure and transparency obligations.
Paid cooperations, product provisions, invitations, discounts, affiliate links, voucher codes, invitations to experiences or other benefits must be clearly and timely identified as advertising, advertisement, paid placement, cooperation, product placement or in another legally suitable form, where disclosure is required.
The disclosure must be clearly recognizable, understandable, perceptible and placed in such a way that users can recognize the commercial nature of the publication without being misled.
Platform-internal labels, hashtags or tools do not necessarily replace the creator’s own legal assessment.
Go-Yeah assumes no responsibility for whether a publication, story, reel, video, blog post, newsletter, podcast or other content is properly disclosed.
10. Content Approval and Responsibility
Where an approval process is agreed between the provider and the creator, this must be handled directly between the parties.
Creators remain responsible for the content they create, publish or provide.
A publication by creators may take place only if all required rights, consents and approvals exist.
Go-Yeah may review, remove or restrict the visibility of content if there is a suspicion that content violates legal provisions, third-party rights, these Creator Terms or platform standards.
A review or approval by Go-Yeah does not constitute a legal review and does not release creators from their own responsibility.
11. AI-Generated and AI-Edited Content
Creators may use AI tools for creation, editing, translation, optimization, image generation, video editing, audio creation, text creation, subtitling, script creation, ideation or other content production, provided that this is legally permissible and does not conflict with contractual agreements with providers.
Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of AI tools is lawful and does not infringe third-party rights, platform rules, data protection provisions, advertising rules, trademarks, copyrights, personality rights or other legal requirements.
AI-generated or AI-edited content must be carefully reviewed before publication. Creators are in particular obliged to check whether such content:
is factually accurate
does not contain misleading statements
does not contain impermissible performance, health, healing or success claims
does not infringe trademarks or copyrights
does not unlawfully depict or imitate persons
does not misleadingly depict real places, providers, brands or events
does not unlawfully contain confidential or personal data
is compatible with the respective briefing and cooperation
AI-generated or AI-edited content must be clearly and appropriately labelled if a statutory labelling obligation exists, if the content appears realistic and users could be misled about its artificial generation or editing, or if Go-Yeah, the respective provider or the respective platform requires labelling.
This applies in particular to:
realistic AI images
AI-generated or AI-edited videos
synthetic voices or AI audio
avatars
deepfakes
realistic depictions of persons, places, brands, events or providers
AI-generated content on matters of public interest, where labelling is required
content where users could otherwise assume that it is fully real, human-created or unmodified
Creators may not use AI to simulate identities, certifications, brand relationships, official partnerships, participants, testimonials, reviews, performance records or other facts.
Creators may in particular not create or publish AI content that gives the impression that Go-Yeah, a provider, a creator or any other person is officially connected to a brand, event, organization or certification body if this is not actually the case.
Go-Yeah is entitled to review, withhold, label, add notices to, remove or reject the publication of AI-generated or AI-edited content if this is legally required or appears appropriate to avoid misleading users, legal violations or reputational risks.
Publication or approval by Go-Yeah does not constitute legal confirmation that the respective AI use is permissible, sufficiently labelled or free from third-party rights.
12. Rights of Use to Creator Content
Creators grant Go-Yeah a non-exclusive, free-of-charge, worldwide right of use to content that they upload to Go-Yeah, provide in their creator profile or expressly release for Go-Yeah, limited in time to the duration of the display or the required purpose of use.
This right of use includes in particular:
display on the platform
display in the creator profile
technical storage and processing
reproduction for technical purposes
making available to the public on Go-Yeah
use in platform communication
use for promoting the creator function
use in presentations, pitch materials or partner communication, where objectively appropriate
Further rights of use, in particular for ads, paid campaigns, large-scale commercial use, unlimited use or transfer to providers, require a separate agreement between the parties involved.
Rights of use to content created for providers as part of a cooperation must be agreed directly between the provider and the creator.
13. Third-Party Rights
Creators warrant that they hold all necessary rights, licenses, consents and approvals for the content they provide, create or publish.

Creators may not use music, images, videos, logos, trademarks, designs, depictions of persons, AI-generated content or other content if sufficient rights or approvals do not exist.
14. Trademarks, Protected Terms, and Brand Watchlist
Creators are solely responsible for ensuring that the terms, trademarks, logos, event names, training names, hashtags, image components, claims or other signs they use do not infringe third-party rights and do not create a misleading connection to brands, organizers or licensors.
Trademark-protected terms, names, logos or designations may be used only if appropriate authorization exists or if the use is legally permissible.
Terms such as CrossFit®, HYROX®, Spartan Race® or comparable brands may not be used without appropriate authorization in a way that creates the impression that Go-Yeah, the respective provider or the creator is officially certified, licensed, authorized, affiliated, endorsed, supported by or a partner of the respective brand.

Go-Yeah may maintain an internal brand watchlist or trademark blacklist. Terms on this watchlist may be automatically or manually reviewed, blocked, restricted or released only after proof of appropriate authorization.
Creators are obliged to inform Go-Yeah without delay and, upon request, provide evidence if they are authorized to use a protected brand term, certification, license, partnership or other brand relationship.
Go-Yeah is entitled to review, withhold, amend, deactivate or delete content, profiles, texts, hashtags, keywords, images, videos or other information if there is a suspicion that trademark rights or other third-party rights are being infringed or that a misleading impression regarding a connection to a brand may arise.
Approval or publication by Go-Yeah does not constitute a legal review or confirmation that the use of a brand term is permissible.
15. Prohibited Content
Creators may not publish, upload, transmit or promote content that:
is unlawful
infringes third-party rights
is misleading or false
is discriminatory, insulting or degrading

17. Reviews, Rankings and Display
Go-Yeah may display, recommend, categorize, review, rank or classify creators on the platform in search and filter functions.
Visibility may depend in particular on profile quality, topic area, availability, location, previous cooperations, user interest, platform logic, quality signals or manual selection.
There is no entitlement to a specific display, placement, recommendation or reach.
Go-Yeah is entitled to further develop, change or restrict display and ranking logics.
18. Direct Commissioning by Go-Yeah
If Go-Yeah itself commissions creators for its own campaigns, content, social media measures, photos, videos, texts or other services, the individually agreed terms, briefings, offers or creator cooperation agreements apply additionally or primarily.
In this case, in particular the scope of services, remuneration, rights of use, approvals, advertising disclosure, AI disclosure, publication deadlines and payment terms must be agreed separately.
These Creator Terms apply supplementarily to the extent they do not contradict the individual agreement.
19. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data by Go-Yeah can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Creators may use personal data of providers, users or other persons received via Go-Yeah only for the respective permissible purposes, in particular for processing inquiries and performing agreed cooperations.
Use of such data for the creator’s own advertising, newsletters, disclosure to third parties, profiling or other purposes is permitted only if an appropriate legal basis exists.
Creators are solely responsible for compliance with data protection laws within their own area of responsibility.
