Terms & Conditions for Consumers

Last updated: 11 August 2026

These Terms of Use govern the use of the Go-Yeah Portal by consumers and other users. The Go-Yeah Portal is a digital platform for discovering, requesting, booking and reviewing regional leisure, experience and activity offers.

The platform is operated by:

Go-World OG i.G.
Frauengasse 7
8010 Graz
Austria
Email: office@go-yeah.com

Go-World OG i.G. is referred to below as “Go-Yeah”, “we”, “us” or the “platform operator”.

1. Scope

These Terms of Use apply to the use of the Go-Yeah Portal by consumers, website visitors, registered users and other persons who use Go-Yeah to discover, request, book, pay for, review or otherwise use platform functions relating to leisure, experience and activity offers.

Separate Provider Terms / Go-Yeah Studio Terms apply additionally or with priority to providers.

Separate Creator Terms apply additionally or with priority to creators where creator functions, creator profiles or cooperations are used via Go-Yeah.

Additional terms of the respective provider may apply to individual offers, in particular participation requirements, safety rules, age restrictions, cancellation conditions or house rules.

2. Role of Go-Yeah

Go-Yeah operates a digital platform for regional leisure, experience and activity offers. Users may use the platform to discover providers and offers, access information, make contact, submit inquiries, make bookings, process payments, purchase vouchers or submit reviews, where such functions are available.

Go-Yeah is generally a platform operator, technical service provider and intermediary between users and providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Go-Yeah is not itself the provider, organizer, travel organizer or supplier of the leisure, experience or activity services displayed on the platform.

The contract for a specific experience, activity, leisure service or other provider service is generally concluded directly between the user and the respective provider.

Go-Yeah provides in particular the technical platform, visibility, search, inquiry, booking, payment, voucher and communication functions for this purpose.

3. Use of the Platform

The Go-Yeah Portal can generally be used without registration, unless individual functions require a user account.

Certain functions may require registration or login, in particular:

• saving favorites
• bookings
• reviews
• contact inquiries
• voucher orders
• group or planning functions
• management of personal data
• use of personalized recommendations

There is no entitlement to registration, activation or use of specific functions. Go-Yeah may further develop, change, restrict or discontinue individual functions at any time, provided this is reasonable for users.

4. Registration and User Account

A user account may be required for certain functions. When registering, the requested information must be complete, accurate and up to date.

Users are obliged to keep their login details confidential and protect them against access by third parties. Sharing a user account with third parties is not permitted.

Users are responsible for activities carried out through their user account to the extent they are responsible for such activities.

Go-Yeah may temporarily suspend or permanently delete user accounts if there is a suspicion of a violation of these Terms of Use, legal provisions, third-party rights or legitimate interests of Go-Yeah, providers or other users.

5. Minors

The platform is generally intended for adults.

Persons under the age of 18 may use the platform only within the scope of applicable legal provisions and, where required, with the consent of their legal representatives.

Bookings by minors may be excluded or made subject to the consent of their legal representatives.

For offers with age, health, safety or participation requirements, the respective information provided by the provider must be observed. The respective provider is generally responsible for the accuracy and completeness of such information.

6. Offers and Provider Information

Go-Yeah displays information about providers, experiences, activities, prices, availability, locations, opening hours, participation requirements, cancellation conditions and other offer details.

This information may be provided by the respective provider, structured by Go-Yeah or prepared from publicly available sources.

Go-Yeah endeavors to present content carefully, but does not guarantee that all provider information is always accurate, complete, up to date or available.

The respective provider is generally responsible for the accuracy, completeness, currency and legality of the information provided or claimed by the provider.

Users are obliged to carefully review all offer information, participation requirements, prices, dates, cancellation conditions, safety information and other notices before making a booking.

7. AI-Supported Content and Recommendations

AI-supported functions or AI-supported content may be used on the platform, for example for recommendations, summaries, translations, categorizations, search functions, offer descriptions, image or text editing and other platform functions.

AI-supported content may be created, edited or supported by Go-Yeah, providers, creators or technical service providers. Despite careful review, such content may be incorrect, incomplete, outdated or misleading.

Before making an inquiry, booking or participating in an offer, users are obliged to review the relevant offer information, prices, dates, participation requirements, safety information, age restrictions, cancellation and withdrawal conditions and other notices of the respective provider.

The information confirmed by the respective provider is generally decisive for the performance of an offer, unless Go-Yeah expressly acts as the provider itself.

Where AI-generated or AI-edited content is subject to statutory labelling requirements or users could be misled about its artificial generation or editing, such content may be labelled accordingly.

Go-Yeah does not guarantee that AI-supported recommendations, summaries, translations, categorizations or other AI-supported content are always accurate, complete, up to date or suitable for the respective purpose.

8. Inquiries and Contact

Users may contact providers via the platform or submit inquiries regarding specific offers, where this function is available.

When submitting an inquiry, the data required for processing may be forwarded to the respective provider. This may include, in particular, name, email address, telephone number, message, preferred date, number of persons and other relevant inquiry information.

An inquiry does not generally constitute a binding booking unless expressly stated otherwise.

The respective provider is responsible for responding to, processing and further communicating regarding the inquiry, unless Go-Yeah expressly provides its own communication services.

9. Bookings

Where direct bookings are available through Go-Yeah, users may book offers via the platform.

The booking process may differ depending on the offer. A booking may be concluded in particular:

• after confirmation by the provider,
• after successful payment,
• after booking confirmation via the platform,
• or according to the process specified in the respective offer.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract for the booked experience or activity is concluded directly between the user and the respective provider.

In this case, Go-Yeah is not a party to the experience contract, but provides the technical booking, intermediary, communication and, where applicable, payment infrastructure.

After a successful booking, users receive a booking confirmation or other confirmation in a suitable form, for example by email or via the platform.

10. Prices

Prices displayed on the platform are generally determined by the respective provider.

Prices may vary depending on the provider, type of offer, availability, date, number of persons, additional services or booking channel.

Unless otherwise stated, prices for consumers include statutory VAT, where applicable. Different tax rules may apply to individual providers, for example small business exemptions.

The respective provider is generally responsible for the accuracy of price information. Go-Yeah endeavors to ensure correct technical presentation, but does not guarantee the absence of input errors or outdated provider information.

11. Payments

Where payments are processed via the platform, payment service providers such as Stripe and, where applicable, additional providers may be used.

Depending on the technical implementation, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Amazon Pay, PayPal or other payment methods may be offered.

The available payment methods may vary depending on the offer, country, provider or technical availability. There is no entitlement to a specific payment method.

If payment fails, a booking may be invalid or not confirmed. Go-Yeah or the respective payment service provider may give users the option to make another payment attempt.

Go-Yeah may receive payments in its own name, in the name of the respective provider or via technical payment processing solutions, depending on the specific structure of the respective booking or voucher order.

12. Invoices

The invoice for a booked provider service is generally issued by the respective provider, unless Go-Yeah expressly acts as seller or invoice issuer.

Go-Yeah may provide technical systems through which invoices are automatically created, transmitted or made available.

The respective provider is generally responsible for the tax treatment of the provider service, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

For services that Go-Yeah itself provides or sells to users, Go-Yeah may itself be the invoice issuer.

13. Vouchers

Where vouchers are offered via Go-Yeah, these may, depending on their structure, be provider vouchers, experience vouchers, value vouchers, promotional vouchers, discount codes or Go-Yeah vouchers.

The respective voucher states or indicates who the issuer of the voucher is and for which services, providers or offers the voucher can be redeemed.

If a voucher is issued by a provider, that provider is generally responsible for redemption, performance of the service and statutory obligations.

If Go-Yeah expressly acts as the issuer of a voucher, the respective Go-Yeah voucher conditions also apply.

Vouchers are generally transferable unless the respective voucher or voucher conditions state otherwise.

Cash redemption of vouchers is excluded unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.

Validity is governed by statutory provisions and the respective voucher conditions. Shortened validity periods apply only where legally permissible and expressly stated.

14. Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds

Cancellation and withdrawal conditions are generally governed by the terms of the respective provider, unless Go-Yeah standard conditions or special offer conditions expressly apply.

Cancellation conditions may in particular be displayed on the offer page, during the booking process, in the booking confirmation or in the terms of the respective provider.

Users are obliged to review the applicable cancellation and withdrawal conditions before completing a booking.

Refunds are generally made in accordance with the applicable cancellation or withdrawal conditions and, where technically possible, via the original payment method.

Where a refund is to be decided by the provider, Go-Yeah does not guarantee a refund unless Go-Yeah itself is the seller or contractual partner for the specific service.

15. No-Show

If a user does not appear for the booked date although the service has been properly made available, this may be considered a no-show.

In the event of a no-show, there is generally no entitlement to a refund unless the terms of the respective provider provide otherwise or mandatory statutory provisions apply.

16. Cancellation or Changes by Providers

If a provider cancels, postpones or materially changes a booked offer, the terms of the respective provider generally apply.

Depending on the offer, the following solutions may in particular be provided:

• alternative date
• full or partial refund
• voucher
• rebooking
• other substitute service

Go-Yeah may support communication or technical processing, but is generally not itself responsible for the performance, cancellation or change of the provider service unless Go-Yeah is expressly the contractual partner.

17. Weather, Illness and Force Majeure

Special conditions may apply to weather-dependent offers, illness, safety risks, official measures, force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of the parties.

Whether an alternative date, refund, voucher or other solution is offered is generally governed by the terms of the respective provider and applicable statutory provisions.

For weather-, health- or safety-related offers, users are obliged to observe the respective provider’s instructions.

18. Consumer Rights and Withdrawal

Consumers may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights.

For certain leisure services, however, a statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded, in particular if a specific date or period is provided for the service and the statutory requirements are met.

Special statutory rules may also apply to digital content, vouchers or services.

Where required, users will be informed during the respective booking process about existing or excluded withdrawal rights.

These Terms of Use do not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

19. Reviews and User Content

Where review, comment or community functions are available, users may publish content on the platform.

Users undertake to publish only factual, truthful and lawful content. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• false statements of fact
• insults
• discriminatory content
• unlawful content
• advertising without consent
• spam
• fake reviews
• content that infringes third-party rights
• content that violates these Terms of Use

Go-Yeah is entitled to review, block, delete or restrict the visibility of content if a violation of these Terms of Use, legal provisions or third-party rights is suspected.

There is no entitlement to publication of specific content.

20. Rights of Use to Reviews and User Content

If users publish reviews, comments, images or other content on Go-Yeah, they grant Go-Yeah a non-exclusive, free-of-charge right of use, limited in scope to what is reasonably required for the operation, presentation, promotion and further development of the platform.

This right of use includes in particular display on the platform, technical processing, storage, reproduction, making available to the public and use for marketing, social media, newsletters and platform communication, to the extent legally permissible.

Users warrant that they hold all necessary rights to the content they provide and that publication does not infringe any third-party rights.

21. User Obligations

Users undertake to use the platform only lawfully and as intended.

In particular, users are prohibited from:

• providing false or misleading information
• using third-party identities
• circumventing technical protection measures
• carrying out automated access without consent
• manipulating content
• harassing providers or other users
• making bookings abusively
• manipulating reviews
• infringing third-party rights
• distributing unlawful content
• disrupting or overloading the platform

In the event of violations, Go-Yeah may delete content, restrict functions, suspend user accounts or take other appropriate measures.

22. Safety, Participation Requirements and Personal Responsibility

Many leisure, experience and activity offers may involve physical, health-related, age-related, safety-related or other requirements.

Users are obliged to check before booking and participating whether they meet the respective requirements.

These may include in particular:

• minimum age
• state of health
• physical fitness
• experience or prior knowledge
• equipment
• safety instructions
• prohibition of alcohol or other rules of conduct
• weather-related requirements

The respective provider is generally responsible for specifying and checking provider-side requirements.

Users participate in experiences and activities at their own responsibility and must follow the instructions of the respective provider.

23. Liability of Go-Yeah

Go-Yeah is generally not the provider, organizer or supplier of the leisure, experience or activity services displayed via the platform. The respective provider is solely responsible for the performance, quality, safety, availability, legality and fulfillment of the respective provider service, unless Go-Yeah expressly acts as the provider of a service itself.

Go-Yeah is therefore not liable for damages, claims or disadvantages arising from the performance, non-performance, modification, cancellation, quality, safety or other provision of a provider service, unless these are attributable to Go-Yeah itself.

This applies in particular to:

• the actual performance of an experience by providers
• the quality, safety or suitability of the provider service
• accidents, injuries or damage during the provider service
• incorrect, incomplete or outdated provider information
• cancellations, postponements or changes by providers
• non-performance or defective performance by providers
• conduct of other users or participants
• content, reviews or information provided by third parties
• external websites, services or payment providers

Go-Yeah is liable only for its own breaches of duty. For damages caused by Go-Yeah itself, Go-Yeah is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is, to the extent legally permissible, limited to the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profit or purely financial losses is excluded to the extent legally permissible.

Liability of Go-Yeah for personal injury and for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence remains unaffected to the extent required by mandatory law.

24. Availability and Technical Changes

Go-Yeah endeavors to ensure stable and secure operation of the platform. However, uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times is not guaranteed.

The platform may be temporarily restricted or unavailable due to maintenance, further development, security measures, technical disruptions, force majeure or other circumstances.

Go-Yeah is entitled to further develop, change, restrict or discontinue the platform, individual functions, designs, content, technical processes or services, provided this is reasonable for users.

25. External Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, offers or services. The respective provider is responsible for the content, availability, security and data protection of such third-party offers.

Go-Yeah assumes no responsibility for external content unless Go-Yeah expressly adopts such content as its own.

26. Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in Go-Yeah’s Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy is available on the website.

27. Changes to these Terms of Use

Go-Yeah may amend these Terms of Use if this is required or appropriate due to technical, economic, legal or organizational developments.

Registered users will be informed of material changes in a suitable form, for example by email, platform notice or login notice.

If registered users continue to use the platform after the changes take effect, the amended terms shall be deemed accepted, to the extent legally permissible and provided that users have been informed accordingly.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

28. Final Provisions

Austrian law applies, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, unless mandatory statutory consumer rights provide otherwise.

For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the country in which they have their habitual residence.

Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

29. German Version Prevails

These Terms of Use may also be made available in English. The German version is the legally binding version. In the event of discrepancies between the German and English versions, the German version shall prevail.
